This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which ShapingFlux Digital will issue refunds for services rendered. We are committed to client satisfaction and fairness in all financial matters.

1. Free Audit

Our website and SEO audit service is completely free of charge. No payment is taken and therefore no refund is applicable.

2. Project-Based Services

2.1 Initial Deposit (50%)

The 50% initial deposit paid at the start of a project is non-refundable once work has commenced. This deposit covers discovery, strategy, and the initial phase of work.

2.2 Final Payment (50%)

The final 50% payment is due upon completion of the agreed deliverables. If you are dissatisfied with the final deliverable, we will first work to resolve the issue through revisions within the agreed revision scope.

2.3 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project within 48 hours of signing the Scope of Work and before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.

3. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer fees (for SEO, performance marketing, social media management, etc.) are invoiced in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your retainer with 30 days' written notice, effective from the next billing cycle.

4. Disputed Work

If you believe delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, please raise the dispute in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Review the disputed work against the agreed Scope of Work
• Offer revisions where the work genuinely does not meet specifications
• Offer a partial refund in cases where we are unable to fulfil the agreed scope

Disputes raised more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Ad Spend

For performance marketing services, we manage your advertising budget on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Any ad spend paid directly to these platforms is not refundable by ShapingFlux — it is governed by Google's and Meta's own refund policies.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Your name and company
• Invoice number and date
• Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
